May 2, 2019 Hello all Having acquired 180mm f2.8 (Carl Zeiss Sonnar) and 200mm f4 lenses in m42 (Meyer Optik, Pentacon, Jupiter) and 200mm f3.5 in Minolta MD mounts, I intend to buy one, good yet affordable, 300mm f4 lens in m42 or Pentacon 6 mount for my Sony A77ii.

Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 300mm f/4 MC Lens Review. One of the cult East German lens, built for Pentacon Six a bit heavy, quality lens. Looks big and quite heavy, but very easy to operate. Color and sharpness exceptional good, not very common but not much rare. I like to shoot with this lens, it is one of my favorite.
