Best cheese I have bought at Costco! Originally bought for cooking but
It's not only from Costco but I've gotten Knudsen Cottage cheese from the supermarket and it has the same weird taste. Reminds me of the time they had this same problem years ago and Costco stopped carrying Knudsen Cottage for a while until Knudsen fixed the problem. I'm going to return the tub of cottage cheese I got from Costco.
